Will you be updating your KnowPro Apps?

Yes, we plan to update KnowPro Apps on a regular basis, so if you purchase an app today — with, let’s say, 100 questions and answer sets — next quarter we will add more questions and answer sets, so you always have a fresh and challenging experience. When we update an app, you will see a notification icon on your Apps icon to let you know there is an updated version available.

What should I do if I find what I think is an error in a KnowPro App?

Use the exclamation mark in the upper left hand corner of any question in order to pause your quiz and notify us about a potential problem (spelling error, grammatical issue, unclear question or answer set, etc.).

Alternatively, you can click the information button ( i ) in the lower right-hand corner of the main menu screen to access an email form.

My KnowPro app shows the same questions over and over again. Why?

A couple of our thousands of users have experienced this issue. As far as we can tell, sometimes a bit or byte gets lost for some strange reason. Don’t panic. It’s very easy to restore any of your KnowPro app to its initial state, which will usually fix any problems you might be having. In most cases, one or both of the following steps will help:

1. Restart your iPhone

• Press and hold on the wake/sleep button.
• When the Slide to power off switch appears, slide it across from left to right.
• When the iPhone has turned off completely, press the wake/sleep button.

2. Reinstalling an iPhone app

• Uncheck the app’s name under the Applications tab for your iPhone in iTunes.
• Click Sync (this will uninstall the app on your iPhone).
• Recheck the app’s name under the Applications tab.
• Click Sync again to reinstall the app.

How do I redeem a promotional code?
In iTunes, click the Redeem button. It’s on the right side of the main iTunes store page, towards the top (just under your name and “Quick Links”). Enter the code listed above, then click Redeem. Your app will automatically download to your account. Sync your iDevice and you’re all set.
